Job Description
duties include, but not be limited to:
- Ideally, 3 months of experience working within the aged care sector or relevant industry
- The ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
- Can show effective resident monitoring and observation skills
- Experience in feeding and showering residents effectively
- Good communication skills to be able to interact with nurses, doctors, patients, and patients’ relatives regularly
- A high level of compassion
- Physical perseverance as the role can be a demanding one
The successful candidate must possess:
- Certificate III in Disability or equivalent experience
- Current NSW Drivers’ License
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS worker check
