Job Description
Main duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist the dispensary
- Dispensing of prescriptions
- Counsel patients with the optimal and safe use of medication
- Assist with customer service queries
- Process dispensary orders and assist in maintaining dispensary inventory
- Oversee activities in the dispensary and front of shop to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy
The successful candidate will possess:
- In your final year of study in Pharmacy OR eligible for provisional registration as an intern pharmacist by AHPRA
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- You are friendly, hardworking and are community minded
- Ability to work well under pressure
- You are committed to ongoing personal and professional development
- Previous experience in community pharmacy is highly regarded
- General pharmacy product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills- both in verbal and written form
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Ability to multi-task
